Getting Started

1. Go to Billing & Shipping in Business Settings
2. Select Receiving (3-Way Match)
3. Choose your group or subgroup
4. Click Receiving Settings
5. Select "Yes, track receiving"
6. Save your changes
    

Administrators and finance roles can receive all items in their groups. You can also add group receivers who can mark items as received for their assigned groups. Individual buyers can only confirm their own purchases.

Using 3-Way Match on mobile

1. Download and open the Amazon Business mobile app
2. Go to Business Settings and select Manage Your Business
3. Choose Receiving (3-Way Match)
4. Tap "Scan code"
5. Allow camera access when prompted
    

When your package arrives, open the app and scan the barcode. If you received everything in your delivery, select "Mark everything received." If items are missing, you can note which items you got and which ones you didn't.
