If you’re an account administrator and want to upgrade your Business Prime plan for more users and benefits, click Membership settings -> Upgrade plan. Then use the form to contact Amazon Business Customer Service. The account administrator can also simply cancel the current plan and sign up for the upgraded Business Prime plan. If you’re eligible for a refund, the amount of your refund will be shown before you confirm the cancellation.
Over 100 million products are eligible for Free Two-Day Shipping and over a million items are eligible for FREE Same Day Delivery / Free One-Day Shipping benefits with Business Prime. These products are marked with the Prime logo. You’ll be charged applicable shipping fees for any items not eligible for Business Prime.
