Customize your delivery preferences, including preferred times, special instructions, and holiday closures, with pallet consolidation available for eligible commercial addresses.
Account administrators can designate organization-wide delivery preferences within their Business Settings, while buyers can set preferences for their individual shipments.
Business Prime members can choose one or two days per week to receive eligible deliveries by enabling Amazon Day. This streamlines receiving, offering more consistent, less frequent deliveries.
Within the Addresses page in Business Settings, administrators and buyers can edit specific delivery instructions including providing an access code, loading dock instructions, entrance guidance, specific drop-off points, and more.
Amazon Day (a Business Prime exclusive) consolidates orders on a single day, making deliveries more consistent and less frequent while also helping reduce waste.
By default, Amazon Business assumes that your locations cannot receive shipments on federal holidays. You can let us know which of your locations can receive shipments on each federal holiday, or other company holidays your locations are closed.
If your location can receive pallets, you can indicate that as a preference for large deliveries at checkout. Amazon Business will prioritize eligible shipments for delivery on a pallet at no additional cost.
Upload and share multiple shipping addresses across your organization via spreadsheet. Once added to Business Settings, purchasers can select from these pre-approved addresses, reducing manual entry and preventing duplicate or incorrect addresses.
